Baku, Fineko/abc.az. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) gathers facts for the first railway project in Azerbaijan.
According to ADB, its special mission will stay in Baku on April 15-30 to work on preparation of the Baku-Sumgait Commuter Rail Service Project.
