Azerbaijani Railways (ADY) continues capital repairs of railroad Baku – Boyuk Kesik.
ADY reports that overhaul of 8-km section Malay-Yevlakh has been launched.
"The repair of this section will be completed within a week," ADY says in a statement.
On 14 April 2015, ADY and Czech company MORAVIA STEEL signed an additional agreement to the export agreement on the second phase of the project of reconstruction of Azerbaijani railroads. The contract envisages material & technical supply and overhaul of 600 km railway line Baku – Boyuk Kesik. So far 328 km of railroads has been repaired within the second phase.
