CJSC Baku Metro switches to winter schedule.

The Company reports that the new schedule is introduced since 15 September in connection with the start of the new academic year.

"In connection with the predicted growth in passenger traffic, at rush hours we plan to introduce movement of 30 pairs of trains per hour (traffic intensity) with an interval of 2-2.5 minutes. The maximum interval on metro lines on May 28 - Darnagul and May 28 - Ichari Shahar will be 4-5 minutes," Baku Metro said.

During the summer timetable introduced from July the traffic intensity is 24 pairs of trains per hour.
